Start a tentative timeline to give you a starting point and assist you in booking
Eight Weeks Prior
Unlimited phone and email assistance to assist you in finalizing details
Planning Meetings
Two Zoom, Facetime or phone calls so you are able to fully hand off this event to us
Vendor Confirmations Two Weeks Prior
Contact all vendors to confirm services and times. Send all vendors a finalized timeline
Ceremony Rehearsal
Three hours at the rehearsal, usually held the night before, to finalize layout, walk through including timing everyone down the aisle, cueing music, etc.
Up to 12 hours Day of Coordination
We are with you from set-up to tear down. Managing vendors, setting all of your personal decor, running your timeline, putting out any fires, and making sure you are happy and relaxed so you can just enjoy and make lasting memories!
Price for Day of Coordination ranges from $1500 - $1650 depending on size and needs.
